4. Products & Delivery
All our products are digital PDF files delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive instant access to download your files from your personal dashboard.
You may re-download your purchased products at any time from your account dashboard.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or made available for download.
For EU customers: By completing your purchase and receiving instant access to digital content, you expressly consent to waive your 14-day withdrawal right as permitted under EU consumer protection laws.
